DENBY JB'S STAFF RESTURANT COOK SUPERVISOR

We have a vacancy for a Cook Supervisor to assist in food preparation, cooking, supervisory and some administrative duties. A demanding and varied role within our busy, well renowned Staff Restaurant.

Hours per week are 30 hours, worked over a 5 day rota (Monday to Friday) to include Bank Holiday working. Applicants must be flexible in their availability for work in order to provide cover for holidays, absence and sickness.

Previous experience is desirable. Must have an NVQ Level 2, or equivalent, in catering and food preparation is essential as is a Food Hygiene Certificate. A First Aid at Work qualification is desirable.

LEDGER CLERK

Applications are invited for the above full-time role within the Finance team. Duties will include:

MAIN JOB SPEC
Input of multi currency customer receipts and remittance allocation.
Maintaining our customer chargeback database, routinely chasing data and credit notes.
Processing new customer set up forms and routine record maintenance, statements and direct debits.
Dealing with customer queries in a quick, efficient manner.
Responsible for a small portfolio of customer accounts, chasing debt.

OTHER DUTIES
Bank Reconciliations.
Cashier holiday cover including daily banking.
Purchase ledger cover during busy periods.
Mail, filing and general office administration.

PERSON SPEC
A positive “can do” attitude. Pleasant telephone manner. Excellent organisational skills. Highly numerate and computer literate, particularly with regard to Excel spreadsheets. A team player with the ability to communicate at alllevels. Self motivated and focused, able to work without constant supervision. Previous ledger work experience would be desirable.

ONLINE TRADE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We now have a vacancy for an Online Trade Marketing Executive to support the Digital Marketing Manager and to assume responsibility for conveying a consistent brand image in third party websites; and to work closely with the National Accounts team to support the activation of new products, pricing and promotional activity into third party online retailers.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for researching, completing and maintaining product information for third party online accounts, inclusive of Amazon, Tesco, eBay, UK department stores John Lewis and Debenhams
• Managing products on accounts websites by coordinating with National Accounts team and/or using online data portals.
• Responsible for all product upload and maintenance, including all image requirements.
• Manage supply of all imagery and product description needs externally
• Support all new Internet accounts to establish branding, product and marketing campaigns to drive awareness
• Administrate and update brand asset library
• Ensure that the Denby Brand Guidelines and Channel Strategy plans are adhered to
• Offer Sales/Marketing support including involvement with online retailer’s social media and email plans.
• Generate and organize weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
• Scope and understand the development of International expansion within channel, working with corresponding marketing colleagues in USA and Korea.

Experience and skills:
• 1-3 years E-Commerce Operations Support or E-Commerce Sales Support experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Must have knowledge of Photoshop and/or other photo editing programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent people skills – must be able to deal with all levels of seniority
• Superb attention to detail.
• Ability to follow-up and follow through.
• Excellent organisational skills.
