FULL TIME 37.5HRS

At Denby, our staff in-store play a crucial role in our continued success. As Manager you will be required to drive sales and profitability, manage costs, and deliver outstanding visual merchandise standards in store. The successful candidate will have retail management experience (either in a store or concession environment), an awareness of the Denby brand and its products, and have a flexible approach towards work. Experience in the homewares sector and/or in an Outlet or fast paced environment is desirable but not essential. You’ll possess a “can do” attitude towards the role and will also be comfortable working with, and inspiring a small, dedicated team.

RETAIL MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
FULL TIME

We have a vacancy for a Retail Management Accountant to join our busy Finance team. A high profile position ideally suited to someone wanting to make a significant contribution to the business.

JOB SPECIFICATION
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, responsible principally for: • Management reporting for our retail business portfolio, including Accruals & Prepayments.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Preparation of business unit cash flow projections.
• Analysis and support of regular sales forecasts and the annual budget.
• Management of our onsite concessions invoicing.
• Getting involved with the retail team to support new projects and ideas.
• Daily/Weekly KPI preparation for the Board of Directors/Management.
• Stock reviews/analysis and stock take audit at key times.
• On going development of financial reporting and management information systems.
• Ad hoc projects involving cross-functional teams.


PERSON SPECIFICATION
We are looking for a technically sound individual who ideally will possess the following attributes:
• Accounting experience (1 year minimum), within a retail environment would be advantageous.
• Highly motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Team player, willing to develop, support staff and assist cross-functional teams.
• Highly PC literate, particularly adept with Excel.

RETAIL ADMINISTRATOR
FULL TIME

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Administrator to join our committed, enthusiastic and successful team within the central support office of Denby Retail. As a tourist attraction with 6 stores on site and 30 outlet stores around the country, the job is both varied and challenging.

This full time role (Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.00pm) encompasses general administration and a wide range of tasks including stock control and auditing, promotional planning and analysis and a high level of communication with the outlets and various departments.

Applicants should be computer literate and possess a sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point. Experience of using EPOS systems is desirable but not essential. Strong organisational skills, the ability to multi task and prioritise are pre-requisites of the position.
