12 hours per week

We have a vacancy in store for a Part-Time Sales Assistant, 12 hours per week, minimum wage for those age 18+.

The hours worked will be on a 7 day rota basis and will include weekend working and Bank Holidays. PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER
Full Time

We are looking to recruit a permanent Team Leader at our Head Office at Denby. Hours of work are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 1.00pm Friday (39 hours per week). This role is a rewarding challenge for the right person which supports a skilled and valued team. The role itself is essentially ‘hands-on’ and involves working with the Roller Making machinery such as SKK1, SKK2, ZMP2, Novaroll & Netzsch Flat.

JOB SPEC:
• Direct responsibility for approximately 17 team members across a range of shift working patterns.
• Working within a well supported leadership team, you will be awarded ownership of the Roller Making processes and the day to day activities.
• Tracking of production performance for output, quality and machine efficiency.
• Ensuring teams are effectively supported and organised to achieve production targets and goals.
• Supporting improvement activity with team members by effectively highlighting what is needed to support functions and the Making leadership team.
• Regular briefings of performance and safety training to the team.

PERSON SPEC:
• Good listener and communicator.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Enthusiasm to take on a challenge of improving quality, cost, safety, team morale and internal customer satisfaction.
• Positive people and motivational skills.

This is an hourly paid position, paid 4 weekly on a competitive rate of pay and favourable terms and conditions of employment.
