CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
FULL TIME

This busy full-time role (currently Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.00pm – applicants must be flexible) encompasses a wide range of tasks including order management for both retail and private customers, internal and external communication both written and verbal, claims and complaints processing, order payment and refund processing, responding to in-coming telephone and e-mail queries and occasional switchboard and mail room duties.

Applicants must have proven experience of administration in a customer service environment and should have a positive ‘can do’ attitude. In particular, you will need the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines with minimum supervision, and possess strong numeracy and organisational skills along with good computer literacy including excellent keyboard skills.

Team working is essential, as are excellent communication skills, particularly on the telephone.

MARKETING ASSISTANT

We now have a great opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing department and provide support to Senior Brand Managers on both the Middleport (Burleigh, Poole, Leeds) and Monsoon portfolios.

Based at Denby, and working within a busy team you will support with a variety of duties, including samples organisation, statistical reports and analyses, ad hoc reports and queries, and general admin such as purchase orders etc. Also gathering and presenting market intelligence reports (including occasional store visits); photography and specific print management and much more.

This is a fast paced environment and as such requires an individual who can display efficient organisational and planning skills and is able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. You will also need strong analytical skills and have good creative and problem solving skills.

Naturally you must be highly numerate and proficient in IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have good communication skills. Knowledge of Powerplay and/or Oracle software is a distinct advantage but not essential. It is however essential that you have a ‘can-do’ approach and a willingness to get involved in all tasks, big and small. A driving licence is also required.

PART-TIME CLEANER
25 hours per week

We wish to appoint a willing person who enjoys and takes a pride in their cleaning activities. This will be on a part-time basis (6.00am to 11.00am Monday to Friday) to carry out the following tasks:

• Office and factory office cleaning – hoover, mop, dust, polish and empty bins.
• Replenish soap, towels etc as and when requested.
• Laundry
• Cleaning toilets and facilities – as and when required.

The above is not an exhaustive list as this is a generalist role requiring, initiative and flexibilty as circumstances demand. An awareness and understanding of Health & Safety requirements is important along with a need to remain confidential at all times.

PART-TIME CHEF - BOURNES RESTAURANT
24 hours per week

We have the following vacancy within our well renowned Visitor Centre Restaurant here at Denby:

To assist in food preparation, cooking and some management duties. A very demanding and varied role. Previous experience essential. An NVQ Level 2, or equivalent, in catering and food preparation is required.

The rota will include weekend and Bank Holiday working, applicants must also be flexible in their availability for work in order to provide cover for holidays and absence. Candidates must have a good knowledge of food hygiene and Health & Safety standards and practices; a Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable. In line with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, applicants must be able to provide documentary evidence of eligibility to live and work in the UK. All documents and qualification certificates should be provided at interview.

TEMPORARY PART-TIME SALES ASSISTANT - ROTHERHAM
20 hours per week

We have a vacancy in store for a Temporary Part-Time Sales Assistant, 20 hours per week, minimum wage for those age 18+.

The hours worked will be on a 7 day rota basis and will include weekend working and Bank Holidays. Applicants must be flexible in their availability for work in order to provide cover for holidays, absence, sickness and special events. Previous retail experience would be an advantage, however training will be given.
