We have two vacancies in store for Part-Time Sales Assistants, 12 hours per week, minimum wage for those age 18+.

The hours worked will be on a 7 day rota basis and will include weekend working and Bank Holidays. Applicants must be flexible in their availability for work in order to provide cover for holidays, absence and sickness. Previous sales/retail experience is essential.

Store Supervisor (Temp) Part Time 30 hours per week

We are currently looking for a Store Supervisor to provide support to the store management team, deputise during days off and holiday periods, and play an important role in driving sales and profitability in store. The successful candidate will have retail experience (either in a store or concession environment), have a flexible approach towards work, and possess a “can do” approach towards the role. This will be temporary for six months with the potential to become permanent.

CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

For over 200 years, Denby has been producing superior products, and today we pride ourselves on being the foremost producer of distinctive quality informal tableware.

This busy full-time role (currently Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.00pm – applicants must be flexible) encompasses a wide range of tasks including order management for both retail and private customers, internal and external communication both written and verbal, claims and complaints processing, order payment and refund processing, responding to incoming telephone and e-mail queries and occasional switchboard and mail room duties.

Applicants must have proven experience of administration in a customer service environment and should have a positive ‘can do’ attitude. In particular, you will need the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines with minimum supervision, and possess strong numeracy and organisational skills along with good computer literacy including excellent keyboard skills.

Team working is essential, as are excellent communication skills, particularly on the telephone.
