Store Manager

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced full-time Store Manager where the successful candidate will play a crucial role in our continued success.

The role will require you to drive sales and profitability, manage costs and deliver outstanding visual merchandising standards in your Store. The successful candidate will have retail management experience (either in a store or concession environment) as well as an awareness and passion for the Denby brand and its products. A flexible approach to work is critical to success.

Also essential is a “can-do” attitude for all aspects of the role and an ability to inspire and motivate a small, dedicated team. Experience in the homewares sector and/or in an Outlet or fast-paced environment is essential but not critical.

This is a full-time role with hours worked over a seven day rota basis and will include weekend and bank holiday working. Applications must be flexible in their availability for work in order to provide cover for holidays, absence and sickness.

Part-Time Senior Sales Assistant
30 hours per week

We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to provide support to the Store Management Team, deputise during days off and holiday periods, and play an important role in driving sales and profitability in store

The successful candidate will have retail experience (either in a store or concession environment), have a flexible approach towards work, and possess a “can do” approach towards the role.

This position will involve weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis. You will also be comfortable working as part of a small, dedicated team.

TEMPORARY FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATOR - CUSTOMER SERVICES
Initial 4 Month Contract

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced full-time Administrator within our Customers Services department where we manage a high number of customer interactions by both telephone and email.

Our customers are across the globe and we supply our produce direct to private customers via internet orders, as well as to national retailers (e.g. John Lewis, Tesco, Debenhams) and independent retailers.

The role is varied and fast paced with a wide range of tasks which include managing orders, processing customer complaints and claims and managing payment and refunds processes.

This role will require the successful candidate to be flexible in approach and have a can do attitude, whilst remaining calm, as there are tight deadlines to work against with minimum supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as well as strong numeracy skills. Excellent organisation skills and a good level of competence in computer literacy are also fundamental.

A team approach is required along with previous experience of working in a customer service environment where striving to satisfy the customer has been your key objective.
