15 hours per week

We have a vacancy in store for a Part-Time Sales Assistant, 15 hours per week, minimum wage for those age 18+.

STORE SUPERVISOR - THE GALLERIA, HATFIELD
30 hours per week

We are currently looking for a Store Supervisor to provide support to the store management team, deputise during days off and holiday periods, and play an important role in driving sales and profitability in store.

The successful candidate will have retail experience (either in a store or concession environment), have a flexible approach towards work, and possess a “can do” approach towards the role.

This position will involve weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis. You will also be comfortable working as part of a small, dedicated team.

RETAIL ADMINISTRATOR
PART-TIME X3 DAYS, 23.25 HOURS PER WEEK

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Administrator to join our committed, enthusiastic and successful team within the central support office of Denby Retail. As a tourist attraction with 6 stores on site and 30 outlet stores around the country, the job is both varied and challenging.

This part-time role (usually 8.45am-5.00pm, x3 days a week) encompasses general administration and a wide range of tasks including stock control and auditing, promotional planning and analysis and a high level of communication with the outlets and various departments.

Applicants should be computer literate and possess a sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point. Experience of using EPOS systems is desirable but not essential. Strong organisational skills, the ability to multi task and prioritise are pre-requisites of the position.

CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR
FULL TIME

For over 200 years, Denby has been producing superior products, and today we pride ourselves on being the foremost producer of distinctive quality informal tableware.

This busy full-time role (currently Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.00pm – applicants must be flexible) encompasses a wide range of tasks including order management for both retail and private customers, internal and external communication both written and verbal, claims and complaints processing, order payment and refund processing, responding to in-coming telephone and e-mail queries and occasional switchboard and mail room duties.

Applicants must have proven experience of administration in a customer service environment and should have a positive ‘can do’ attitude. In particular, you will need the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines with minimum supervision, and possess strong numeracy and organisational skills along with good computer literacy including excellent keyboard skills.

Team working is essential, as are excellent communication skills, particularly on the telephone.
