The Visitor Center is accessible to all visitors, as are the Craftroom and Glass Studio Tours. However due to safety reasons we regret that we are unable to take children under 6, prams, babies/children in arms or wheelchairs on the Full Factory Tour which is conducted within a working factory environment.
Hearing helper is available for Tours (please ask at the time of booking). A wheelchair is available for use at the Centre.
