Important Information
Before you visit, please note the following
For safety reasons we are unable to admit children under 6, wheelchairs, prams or babies in arms on The Factory Tour and it is not recommended for visitors with walking difficulties due to the 72 steps. However up to 2 wheelchairs and all ages are welcome on the Craftroom Tour.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Factory Tours are not available during certain Factory Closures. Craftrom Tours are available over the Christmas period at limited times. It is always advisable to check the 'What's On' page or call to check tour times and availability prior to travelling. PLEASE NOTE that both tours are only available to pre-booked groups of 10 or more during the winter period (1st Nov - 1st Feb) on Mon - Weds.

Frog & Painted Items
The frog is free to take home, however there is an additional charge of £6.95 if you decide to keep the item you have painted (plus postage charges if applicable).
