Win a Denby Dinner Set Worth £1000 Terms and Conditions

To enter the draw entrants need to complete all the marked fields on the registration form. No purchase necessary. The prize draw is open to UK visitors and a draw will be made from the Denby Pottery Company Ltd's database on the last day of February, May, August and November. The first entry chosen independently at random on the last day of the months shown above will win the prize of an 8 piece place setting Denby dinner service worth over £1000 retail value from the current Denby portfolio (includes dinner plates, teaplates, dessert/salad plates, soup/cereal bowls, noodle bowls, mugs, cups, saucers, teapot, small jug, sugar bowl, serving platter, covered serving dish/casserole and where featured, gourmet plates and bowls). Employees of the Denby Pottery Company Ltd, their agents, families and anybody professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per household is permitted. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the draw. The prize will be delivered by Denby's standard delivery service to a UK address within 28 days of winner notification. The winner's name and county will be made available by sending an SAE to The Denby Pottery Company Ltd, Denby, Derbyshire, DE5 8NX. All entrants accept that if they win their name and county will be made public in this way. No cash alternative will be offered. The promoter's decision is final. This competition and these Terms and Conditions are subject to and governed by English law. All participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. All further rules and/or instructions (including without limitation entry instructions) set out for the competition in question on www.facebook.com/lovedenby also forms a part of these Terms and Conditions.

The opening date for receipt of entries is 15th July 2011 and closes on 29th July 2011 at 16.00pm GMT

The free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of Denby, their agents, families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

Entrants can only enter the competition once and one prize per household permitted only. Automated, bulk, third party or consumer group entries will be void and removed from the draw.

An entry containing offensive content or content which condones, promotes or encourages any illegal activities of any nature, is not permitted and will not be considered.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any incomplete, invalid, altered or illegible entries, or entries that are lost, stolen, damaged or delayed and fail to be properly submitted.

The application running the competition on behalf on Denby does not currently support entries made via mobile phone so we recommend using a computer to guarantee entry to the giveaway.

By an entry, each entrant: (a) warrants and represents that he/she owns the rights to the content submitted and that the content submitted is: (i) original to him/her and has been legally obtained and created, (ii) does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy or publicity rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party; (b) grants Denby a worldwide, royalty free, perpetual license to, copy and reproduce the photo, story or entry in our email newsletter, on www.facebook.com/lovedenby and website www.denby.co.uk; and (c) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Denby against any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs and liabilities relating to trade mark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, right of publicity, right of privacy or defamation.

200 winners will be chosen at random on 1st August 2011 from all of the eligible entries received and will be notified no later then 14th August 2011. A list of prize draw winners will be available on request by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Facebook Winners, Denby Pottery Marketing, Derby Road, Derbyshire, DE5 8NX

The decision of promoter Denby Pottery is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Denby reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal or greater value, should the need reasonably arise.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.

Prizes are not covered by any guarantee by the promoter.
