This competition is organised by Denby Retail Ltd (“the "Promoter") company number 06800973 whose address is Denby Pottery, Derby Road, Denby DE5 8NX who publishes the website ("the Website") at www.denby.co.uk

Entries to the competition will be accepted (subject to these terms and conditions and any specific rules set out for the giveaway from 8th February 2013 to Monday 11th February 2013 23.59pm GMT. Any entries received outside of this period will be deemed invalid.

All entrants must be over 18 years of age at the date of entry. The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Employees, families or agents of the Promoter are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person and per household is permitted.

No purchase of any sort is necessary to enter and entries should be submitted by writing to the Promoter at facebook@denby.co.uk with entrant’s name and full postal address in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw taking place. There will be 25 prizes awarded to 25 winners selected at random by the Promoter from all entries received at the end of the Competition Period.

The Prize is subject to availability and the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, substitute the Prize for a prize of a similar nature and/or comparable value. The Prize Winner may not request and shall not be entitled to a cash alternative to the Prize and the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged or incomplete entries and all such entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of entry shall not be proof of delivery or receipt. Only entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions will be acceptable.

The Prize Winners agree to take part in any promotional activity at the Promoter's request and consent to his/her name, location and photograph being published for the purposes of the Competition and promoting the Promoter and its business.

By entering the Competition, all entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, change any of these terms and conditions at its discretion and post the details of any such change on its websites.

The decision of the Promoter is final in respect of all matters connected with the Competition.

Each entrant gives their permission upon entering to receive email marketing from The Promoter. Entrants will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from subsequent email marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link on emails received. The Promoter shall treat any personal data relating to entrants in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.

The Promoter will not be liable if the Prize does not reach the Prize Winner for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter or if the Prize is damaged during delivery. The Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the Competition or any aspect of the Prize.

To enter the draw entrants need to complete all the marked fields on the registration form. No purchase necessary. The prize draw is open to UK visitors and a draw will be made from the Denby Pottery Company Ltd's database on the last day of February, May, August and November. The first entry chosen independently at random on the last day of the months shown above will win the prize of an 8 piece place setting Denby dinner service worth over £1000 retail value from the current Denby portfolio (includes dinner plates, teaplates, dessert/salad plates, soup/cereal bowls, noodle bowls, mugs, cups, saucers, teapot, small jug, sugar bowl, serving platter, covered serving dish/casserole and where featured, gourmet plates and bowls). Employees of the Denby Pottery Company Ltd, their agents, families and anybody professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per household is permitted.
