Signing In/Accessing your Account
Why do I need to sign in?
When you sign in and register with our site for the first time you can create your account information page which details your contact, delivery and payment information. Once entered, your details will be stored in your account and you will not have to re enter them again when you make your next order. You can also track your order status and order history and access your account information at any time to edit any of your account details.
Why do I need to enter my email address?
We use your email address as our means of identifying you. This is the address your registration will be stored against.
Why do I need a password?
When you create a password it allows you to access your account information. Once entered, your contact, delivery and payment details will be stored and you will not have to re enter them again when you make your next order. You can also track your order status and order history. Your password is unique to your email address and ensures that your account details remain secure. You can access you account information at any time to edit any of your account details. Each time you return to this site, remember to sign in using your email and password.
How do I change my password?
Sign into your account using the 'My Account' link at the top of the page. Click on the link 'Edit Email address/Password' within the Account Details section and then enter and verify your new password. Click on the 'Continue' button and your new password will be saved.
My email address and/or password is not recognised
Email Address - if you have previously registered your email address with Denby and it is not recognised in our new site, your details may not have been copied over successfully. We are sorry if this is the case and would ask that you create your account again by using the 'Register' link at the top of the page.
Password - we are sorry if your password is not recognised on our new website. We have created a new password for you which will be emailed to your registered email address when you click here. When you receive your new password, you can visit the 'My Account' section to change it to something more memorable.
