Comments about Craftsman's Mug:
This mug is stylish for entertaining as part of a co-ordinated set of crocks, and also as a stand-alone to use as and when around the house.
The shape is a British design classic - it is the same as the pewter tankards from which Sir Toby Belch quaffed his ale in Elizabethan times. It is solid and stable and very hard to knock over or spill.
The capacity is ideal for a 3-cup (300ml) cafetiere brewed for one - the volume is just right for black coffee and allows for a dash of cream.
It takes a drop from above work-surface height onto a quarry-tile floor to damage it, but that is unfortunately always fatal.
Comments about Craftsman's Mug:
I have had Imperial blue mugs, dinner service, tea service for about 20 years. I have replaced very little and added to it often. I use it everyday and for entertaining too. It has not faded and I have only broken 1 cup in that time which I cannot replace sadly as it is no longer produced (breafast tea cup). The china goes into the dish wahser everyday and gets very hardware but is still good enough for en tertaining! Brilliant

I use my mugs on a daily basis. Have never had any that cracked. All my friends prefer them to any of my other mugs. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Comments about Craftsman's Mug:
I've had my Imperial Blue Craftmens mugs for over 5 years now and they still look as good as new. They can take a gentle knock and they WON'T chip. I really can't fault them as they are easy to clean and they don't attract cutlery marks - Even after 5 years! The only problem I do have is I want more.
