Delivery Information

We aim to deliver your goods to anywhere in the UK within 7 working days of receiving your order.

The goods are sent by our contracted carrier within the UK (Fedex), for a standard charge of £5.95 per order. We offer free delivery on orders over £100 (to UK addresses only). This is based on our Standard Delivery Service.

Please note that we do not process payment for orders until we have the stock and the order is released for our warehouse to despatch to you.

We will only accept orders via Shop Online for delivery within the UK.

We reserve the right not to accept your order at our own discretion.

Payment

We only accept payment by credit or debit card on this site. Cards accepted are Mastercard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron. We do not process payment until the stock is in our warehouse and the order is released for despatch to you.

If you do not wish to send your details over the web for any reason, you can ring us on +44 (0)1773 740899 and we will be happy to take your order by phone. Alternatively you can email us at consumer.services@denby.co.uk with your phone number and we will call you back.

UK Delivery Prices

£5.95 for all packages. (Orders over £100.00 qualify for free delivery to UK addresses).

VAT & Customs Duties

Value Added Tax is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. UK VAT is currently 17.5% and is included in all product prices displayed on the Denby Web Site.

We are required by law to collect VAT on orders despatched to addresses within the European Union.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. You must notify Denby within 7 days of receipt by one of the following means: in writing to Consumer Services, Denby Retail Ltd, Denby, Derbyshire, DE5 8NX, by email to consumer.services@denby.co.uk or by telephone on +44 (0)1773 740899. We will then advise you on how to return the goods, so that they reach us speedily and safely. We would ask that you take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and use the original packaging where possible.

If the return is due to an error on our part or the goods were faulty, we will of course reimburse you for the return postage and refund the original delivery charges as well as the purchase price of the goods. However if you are returning the goods for any other reason, you will be required to pay the return delivery charges, as we will only refund the original payment for the goods and the associated delivery charge.

If you do cancel your order but do not return the goods, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and within 30 days of the order cancellation at the latest.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Win a Denby Dinner Set Worth £1000 Terms and Conditions

To enter the draw entrants need to complete all the marked fields on the registration form. No purchase necessary. The prize draw is open to UK visitors and a draw will be made from the Denby Pottery Company Ltd's database on the last day of February, May, August and November. To enter the draw entrants need to sign up for E-News on the Denby website during September 2010. No purchase necessary. The prize draw is open to UK visitors and a draw will be made from the Denby Pottery Company Ltd's database on the 8th September to include e-mail sign up registrations made on the Denby website between the 1st September and the 7th, the second draw will be made on the the 15th September to include e-mail sign up registrations made on the Denby website between the 8th and the 14th September, the third draw will be made on the the 22nd September to include e-mail sign up registrations made on the Denby website between the 15th and the 21st September, a fourth draw will be made on the 29th September to include e-mail sign up registrations made on the Denby website between the 22nd and the 28th September and a final draw will be made on the 6th October to include e-mail sign up registrations made on the Denby website between the 29th September and the 5th October 2010. Gift List Terms & Conditions

You need to be registered with Denby before you can create a Gift List.

As soon as an item has been bought it will automatically be removed from your Gift List to avoid duplication.

You can manage your Gift List, check who has bought what and add more Gifts to your list within ‘My Account’.

Your Gift List will close 14 days before your occasion date. You will not be able to add any more items to your Gift List, and your guests will not be able to purchase items through the Gift List after it closes.

If a product has already been purchased on your behalf you cannot remove it from your list.

All orders are shipped on an individual basis as soon as they are purchased from the Gift List.

Normal Denby terms and conditions for using the Denby website, including delivery, delivery charges and payment apply, except when they conflict with these terms and conditions.
