Before you visit, please note the following points:

Access and Safety

For safety reasons as the factory is a working environment, we are unable to admit children under 6, wheelchairs, prams or babies in arms on The Factory Tour and it is not recommended for visitors with walking difficulties due to the 72 steps. However up to 2 wheelchairs and all ages are welcome on the Craftroom Tour.

Holidays and Closures

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Factory Tours are not available during Factory holiday periods. Tours are not available between November and February. It is always advisable to call our reception (01773 740 799)to check tour times and availability prior to travelling specifically for the Factory Tour.

Frog & Painted Items

The frog is free to take home, however there is an additional charge of £7.95 if you decide to keep the item you have painted. You can normally collect your piece after 48 hours*, or have it posted to you (postage charge applies).

*Please note that longer times for collection can apply for Group and School visits and during Factory closure periods. Please enquire at the time of booking.
